Jenny & Bosco
I live in San Diego and am happily married to my best friend Mike, for 28 years now. Where does the time go?? We also have a 25 year old son Brian, who is on his own now, but by no means do we have an "empty nest".
I love all creatures great and small! So that would explain the 2 Dogs, 3 Cats and 10 Birds that share our humble abode... My husband Mike will only claim 1 of these pets. That would be none other than "Bosco", our 4 legged "child". I bottle fed him since he was 2 days old and is now 7 yrs old and 80lbs... and might I add spoiled rotten?? I don't want to leave out my little Jenny. A 6lb poodle who is also quite spoiled. (A sad update, Jenny passed away after 11 happy years with me on June 14, 2009...I will always miss her hugs and kisses...)
I have loved photography since I was a young girl . I started out using my Grandfather's Old Contaflex camera. I used it for years until I wore it out and there were no longer any places who could repair it.... I graduated to a Nikon 6006, then switched to Canon after a Photography Workshop I took in Molokai. The Intructor, Rik Cooke, got me excited about the Canon Line of cameras and I have not looked back since! I went pro 10 years ago and used a Canon Rebel for a few years and then upgraded (that's an understatement!) 4 years ago to a Canon 1Ds Mark II, thanks to RCP!! It's the best camera ever!
